IAG decided to ask their customers what they wanted. And use their feedback to develop a new online insurance company from the ground up.

eVentures, a small on-line team inside IAG has launched a co-creation community, asking consumers to help them design the best online general insurance experience and products they can.
Using Online Customers in the 'Fuzzy Front End' of New Product Development.
The idea that organisations can better design products if they actively involve customers in the development process is not new.
