We have been running successful Closed Loop Feedback programs for the past 3 years for some of Australia's biggest brands including Qantas, Woolworths, The Rebel Group and Progressive Enterprises (NZ)

Communities

In the last 4 years, we have built online communities for over 10 brands including Woolworths, the Australian Football League, IAG (the Buzz Insurance), Hungry Jacks and a number of pharmaceutical brands. These communities have had a range of different business objectives and community members - including employees.

We have also built and operated communities for start-ups and medium-sized organisations including Newmarket Livestock - a business established by farmers in north-east Victoria to help local farmers with livestock sales and other related services beyond the farmgate.

We provide clients with a one-stop shop including building the technical platform, content creation, moderation and analytical services.
